How sensitivity conversion works

Each game rotates your view by a fixed number of degrees per mouse count — its yaw value. To keep your aim identical between two games, the converter solves for the sensitivity that produces the same physical turn distance:

target sens = current sens × (from-game yaw ÷ to-game yaw)

Because cm/360 = 360 ÷ (sens × yaw) ÷ DPI × 2.54, matching sens × yaw matches cm/360.

Worked example: Valorant → Overwatch 2

Valorant yaw is 0.07, Overwatch 2 yaw is 0.0066. A Valorant sensitivity of 0.30 converts to:

0.30 × (0.07 ÷ 0.0066) ≈ 3.18 in Overwatch 2

What conversion does and doesn't transfer

  • Transfers: hipfire turn speed — flicks and tracking feel the same.
  • Doesn't transfer: ADS/scoped multipliers, field of view perception, and game movement speed. You may still want small per-game adjustments after converting.

Supported games

Conversion requires a known yaw value. Currently supported: Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, Apex Legends and Overwatch 2. Fortnite is excluded because its percentage scaling doesn't map to a fixed yaw. Game constants are reviewed periodically; see the methodology page.
